ARTMASH Wood Pellet Granulator 22 kW, 750 rpm with Roller Cylinders

The equipment must be connected via a 44 A current, and the voltage of 380 V in the network must be stable. The recommended pellet diameter is 6-8 mm.

Roller cylinders that provide:

Currently, “Artmash” is the only manufacturer of wood pellet granulators with roller cylinders in Ukraine. 

The control cabinet features an asynchronous electric motor automatic switch with electromagnetic thermal protection and an electronic ammeter for the operator's convenience.

If the specified current strength increases or foreign objects enter the granulator, the motor will instantly shut down.

The processing of high-quality raw materials is guaranteed by reinforced pressing and mass compression through a die with holes.

The ground alloy steel dies have a flawless hole marking. During die production, they are coated with abrasive mixtures and sent to the user fully prepared for work, setting them apart from analogs.

Equipment and its components are manufactured in the Artmash LLC factory, under strict technical supervision.

To increase the efficiency of the granulator, a metered feed screw, which can be purchased, will help:

reduce wear on the rollers and die;

> simplify operator's work;

evenly distribute the load of the granulator motor;

provide the motor with additional overheating protection.

For this model, screws with 1.5 m3 (ShTP-1.5) and 3 m3 (ShTP-3) hoppers are best suited, but it can also work with a 0.6 m3 capacity screw (ShTP-0.6).
