Diesel Motor Block ZUBR 10 HP (TILLER 1000MM)

The popular "ZUBR" motor blocks, now even more technologically
improved, are already in LITHUANIA!
Our offered models have electric starters, which
ease starting at low ambient temperatures.
The electrical equipment kit includes a battery, ammeter, and
a master switch.
All electrical equipment is safely housed in a durable metal box,
which can be conveniently mounted on the motor block's body.
The motor blocks are powered by diesel.
They are water-cooled.
Engine power options: 8, 10, and 12 HP.
Motor block features:
1.Reliable transmission box, with high and low gears, 8 speeds (3+1)2
2.Double disc clutch for a more reliable and smoother start.
4.Four-edge pulley for maximum torque transfer and reduced slippage of the trapezoidal belt drive.
5.Increased wheel width - 900 mm.
6.Adjustable wheel width allows adapting the motor block for different
cultures of growing plants.
7. Reinforced crankcase cover - made of cast iron.
8. Five-point frame attachment.
9. Metal fuel filter, or additional metal protection.
10. Reinforced perforated cooling grilles.

Improvements to the motor blocks were made according to our order:
1. New generation generator - 200W (previously 100W).
2. Anti-vibration handles.
3. Five-stage air filter, which extends the engine life by up to 3 times!
4. Metal shifting rods coated to reduce vibration and noise.
5. Additional springs installed in the direction change handles to prevent vibration.
6. Enhanced clutch switching mechanism.
7. Thickened and reinforced coupling mechanism 13 mm.
8. Hermetically sealed diesel fuel and coolant connections.
9. Muffler with protection.
