Extruder EGK 200
For large farms, we present the EKG-200 extruder, which has a feed capacity of 200 kg/hour! Despite its small size, the device can confidently be called a mini line for the production of extruded feeds. Already with an installed raw material supply hopper, the equipment is fully prepared for operation. Thanks to the screw, the device can process cereals and grains, a certain amount of seeds (up to 20% of the feed). Two nozzles allow the production of feeds in the form of pipes and flakes up to 4 cm in size. Such feed is consumed by large and medium-sized livestock (cows, horses, goats, sheep, pigs) and poultry. Due to thermal processing, the mass is disinfected, so even low-quality grains infested with insects can be used for production. After processing, the food is completely ready for consumption, preserving all necessary nutrients.
The EGK-200 extruder is designed to convert grains into a more convenient and beneficial form of feed for domestic animals, poultry, and fish. It is essential in the grain processing process, as extruded grains are completely digestible by animals, positively affecting weight gain and overall animal health.
The low bed of the EGK-200 extruder allows for easy loading of raw materials into the hopper, without the need to lift bags of grains to a high height. The extruder is equipped with a spacious storage hopper and a vibrational type mechanical feeder, which guarantees the operator a constant and uniform supply of raw materials. The supply is adjustable by changing the gap between the neck and the pad and by altering the eccentric mechanism’s motion. A reliable belt drive will not cause concern and will not require extra maintenance costs. The working part is made of tempered alloy steel, thus extending its service life before changing operating materials. Increased screw and housing length allows for operation at higher temperature conditions, which positively affects the extrusion of soybeans. The power of the electric motor of this device is 18.5 kW. The extruder includes a control panel that has an automatic safety device, allowing for reverse operation, and has an ammeter to monitor the load on the product's motor.
The extruder's hopper has a screw feed that allows for maximum precision in dosing feed, and magnets installed at the exit of the hopper guarantee the retention of metal impurities.
