Garlic Harvester for Motor Blocks ZUBR/KENTAVR (CHK1)
Code: CHK1Price 329.00 €-
The garlic harvester is designed for digging bulbs and garlic during harvest time. It can also be used for harvesting other bulbous plants. The maximum depth of root crops is 130 mm. The row spacing width is 250-400 mm. It operates through the gearbox from the motor block pulley. The pulley installed on the garlic harvester shaft is 270 mm in diameter. The position of the pulley on the shaft is adjustable, allowing for the alignment of pulleys in the motor block being used. A type B belt is used for the drive. The required belt tension is ensured by an adjustable tensioning device. The frame of the garlic harvester is made from a steel profile of 50 × 30 × 3. Soil cultivation when harvesting garlic or bulbs is done with central and side blades. The garlic digging blades are quite active and operate in antifase. The movement of the blade system is ensured by two eccentric shafts. The shelves of the side blades are made from a steel profile of 40×20×3 mm. The blades are made from steel 45. The central blade, 300 mm wide, is thermally treated. The axis of the central blade, which has a diameter of 20 mm, is made from steel 45, thermally treated. The driving mechanism of the moving blades consists of two eccentrics, identical to the mechanism used in our production's mechanical potato harvesting equipment. The garlic harvester kit includes a coupling/adapter to adjust the angle and height of the garlic harvester relative to the motor block.
