The latest design GRK-300 nut splitter has a compact form and is equipped with wheels for easy transportation. We have provided the option to connect to a household network with a voltage of 220 volts, as well as to a three-phase 380 volts network. The economical 0.75 kW power motor allows for continuous operation without worrying about electricity costs. The GRK-300 nut splitter does not have a gearbox but features a reliable trapezoidal belt transmission, which means you don’t have to worry about expensive maintenance. The unique kinetic principle of nut cracking ensures smooth shell removal with a high probability of maintaining the integrity of the kernel. This is achieved by a pair of inclined breaking surfaces, one of which moves backward. The falling nut is calibrated and descends to the point necessary for cracking with minimal effort. The gap between the surfaces can be adjusted directly during operation. Working with nuts requires only one person. The feature of this model – efficiency of 300 kg/h while also increasing the so-called “butterfly” yield.

The advantage of this nut splitter is its ability to work with hazelnuts. The GRK-300 nut splitter's efficiency when working with hazelnuts reaches 200 kg per hour.
