How to inflate the tube?<\/strong><\/p>

Spread the tube material on a flat surface;
Insert the inner tire into the tube material and distribute it evenly;
Connect the pump to the tire valve. Start pumping slowly until the inner tire is full of air.
Disconnect the pump from the tire. Check that the valve is airtight and put on the cap.
Reverse the above steps if you want to deflate the tube.<\/p>
