Wood Debarking Machine

Wood Debarking Machine  is a multifunctional device capable of processing logs of various species, including hardwood. It is designed to remove bark from logs with a diameter of 50–200 mm and a length of 1.5–6 meters.

The machine has numerous adjustment options that allow its operation to be adapted to different types of wood. The length extension of the stock is adjusted smoothly, depending on the required cutting depth or the thickness of the bark to be removed. The speed of the log's translational movement relative to the knife disk can also be adjusted smoothly, which affects the cutting depth, the cleanliness of the log surface, and the processing speed.

To ensure stable operation, the machine features adjustable retractable supports on both the input and output sides, a removable table to support the log during loading, and a pedal for convenient log compression mechanism lifting. The shavings are ejected by a fan up to 4 meters away from the machine.

Key technical parameters, such as cutting depth and log movement speed, are adjustable to achieve the required processing quality, taking specific tasks into account.

The machine is designed for operation both outdoors under a canopy and indoors, with temperatures ranging from +40 to -20°C. It can process both dry and frozen wood. The blades used in the machine are standard and can be refurbished (serviceable).

The machine operates from a three-phase network with a voltage of 380 V, and it has a power of 11 kW. Dimensions are 1.2 * 0.7 * 1.2 meters, and the weight is 380 kg.
