For large farms, we present the EKG-350 extruder, which has a feed rate of 350 kg/hour! Despite its small size, the equipment can confidently be called a mini line for the production of extruded feed. Already equipped with a raw material supply hopper, the equipment is fully ready for operation. Thanks to the screws, the device can process grains and feeds, as well as a certain amount of meal (up to 20% of the feed). Two nozzles allow the production of feeds in the form of pipes and flakes up to 4 cm in size. Such feed is consumed by large and medium-sized livestock (cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs) and poultry. Due to thermal processing, the mass is disinfected, allowing even low-quality grains that may contain insects to be used for production. After processing, the food is fully prepared for consumption, retaining all the necessary nutrients.

The extruder's hopper features a screw feeder, which allows for maximum accuracy in dosing feed, and magnets installed at the outlet of the hopper ensure the retention of iron impurities.

The moisture content of the soybeans must be up to 10%, the nozzle must be tube-shaped, and the temperature must be between 120 to 150 degrees Celsius.
Soy mass must be easily foaming.
Additionally, the productivity of soybeans compared to grains will be 30% lower.
