The oil press “Maslyatkok” is designed to produce oil from oilseeds of oil plants (sunflower, flax, sesame, soybeans, rapeseeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.) through continuous screw pressing. Now you can process oilseeds right at home.
The drive type is screw, with a transmission ratio of the gearbox from 1 to 25. The working module consists of a screw and a screw housing, made of alloy steel, which has undergone mandatory heat treatment. This ensures high hardness of friction surfaces and, therefore, long service life. The press is easy to maintain, reliable, and durable, taking into account the pressing technology of each type of seed. <\/p>

In designing and developing the design of the Maslyatko oil press, attention was paid to the main strengths and advantages of other screw oil presses, and more reliable and higher-quality materials were used, which allowed to obtain one of the best oilseed processing presses on the market, as well as to extend the product's service life.<\/strong><\/p>

The oil press consumes only 1.5 kilowatts per hour of electricity while producing up to 6 liters of oil. The seeds are fed into the hopper and then flow through an adjustable valve into the screw chamber.
By tightening the rear screw nut, the pressing force is adjusted. Changing the valve, the hole of the outlet part expands or decreases, which controls the thickness and pressure of the pressed product. The product flows down into the oil receiver, and the pressings exit through the gap between the body and the ejection ring.  <\/strong><\/p>
