The Garmet-150 oil press is designed to produce oil from oilseeds (sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, mustard, etc.).
The principle of continuous operation of the screw oil press:
The raw material (sunflower or other oilseed), previously cleared of foreign impurities, is fed into the pressing feeder, which directs the material into the pressing chamber. In the screw chamber, there is a continuous, mechanical, screw compression that ensures the separation of liquid and solid phases of the seeds. The pressure is generated due to the entry of the raw material inside the chamber and is ensured due to the specialized design of the screw shaft of the cast iron body.To increase the material's resistance, there is a body in the chamber at the end of the press. By changing the gap, the exit hole expands or decreases, which controls the thickness of the cake and the pressure. The oil flows through plates into the oil receiver, while the cake exits through the gap between the body and the discharge ring.
The screw and screw casing are made of alloyed steel, which has undergone mandatory heat treatment, ensuring high hardness of the friction surfaces and, therefore, a long service life. The press is easily maintainable, reliable, and durable, considering the pressing technology for each type of seed.
A design feature of the oil press is that it has a powerful gearbox whose safety limit, compared to working loads, is 10 times greater. This gearbox is used in the military industry for all-wheel-drive vehicles.
In the development and design of the Garmet-150 oil press structure, attention was paid to the main weaknesses and advantages of other screw oil presses, and more reliable and higher quality materials were used, allowing for one of the best oilseeds processing presses on the market, as well as prolonging the service life of the product before a major overhaul.
This press will allow for an extraction of 120-150 kg/h of raw material.
Power supply is 380V.
The raw material can be: flax seeds, sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, sunflower seeds, soybeans, and many other oilseed crops.
The heating inside the press reaches 120 degrees.
