Extruder EGK-500 with a crusher and cooling system 55Kw

For large enterprises, we present the EKG-500 extruder, which has a productivity of 500 kg/h for grains and soybeans! Despite its small size, this equipment can confidently be called a mini line for the production of extruded feed. Already equipped with a raw material supply hopper, the equipment is fully ready for operation. Thanks to the screws, the device can process grains and cereals, a certain amount of seeds (up to 20% of the feed). Two nozzles allow for the production of feeds in the form of pipes and flakes up to 4 cm in size. Such feed is consumed by large and medium-sized livestock (cows, horses, goats, sheep, pigs) and poultry. Due to thermal processing, the mass is disinfected, so even insect-infested raw materials and not the best quality grains can be used in production. After processing, the food is completely ready for consumption, preserving all the necessary nutrients.<\/p>

Attention: „EGK - 500“ is equipped with a magnetic catch that prevents steel objects from entering the screw chamber, and an ammeter that allows for monitoring the load of the main extruder motor. The installed temperature sensor will allow for regulation of raw material supply modes to maintain optimal temperature conditions.<\/p>
